Return Policy:

Contact us within three business days of delivery and ship items back within 14 business days of delivery. Return shipping is not included with purchase, buyer is responsible for return shipping. Items must be received in their original condition in order to receive a refund.

Do you offer customized orders?

We do! Please contact us with any customization ideas not listed and we will be happy to work with you. Please note customizable orders are not returnable unless they arrive damaged (see shipping and returns).

Can I request a specific crab opening size?

Yes, you can. We will make every attempt to accommodate your request. In the event that we do not have a requested size we will contact you for approval before shipping your order.

I am sending my items as a gift, how will it be packaged?

Your order will be carefully wrapped in protective material, surrounded by tissue paper and a cushion of paper fill. It is then placed in a natural fiber bag. Larger items will be wrapped in protective material and tissue paper. We take every measure to ensure your order arrives safely and securely.
